Pros

Unlike other private companies u can expect job security. Ibm never disavows its employees and always has a backup plan as long as you are showing determination and willingness not to quit giving your best. You can join the company today and serve for 18 months before changing your profile and you can expect perks depending on your performance.

Cons

Work might be hectic depending on the profile. You may have to turn up on the weekends. but anyways you wont have to work more than 5 or 6 days at a stretch. Only disappointment being the transport as it is provided in only one time. either pick up or drop depending on your shift timings.(you get pick up or drop only between 7pm to 7am) wish it was both ways. And salary might be a disappointment. But however my advice would be to go after knowledge and struggle initially as money would come sooner with experience:-)
