      The most enjoyable part of working on PROS was facilitating groups to help participants gain skills they could utilize out in their community. Also identifying their strengths and abilities when they can't.

      Great management who listens. You feel part of the team. Manageable work load. Very rewarding population to work with. Professional and fun working atmosphere.
