- Nice rural campus - Flexible working - Good pension
Cons
- constant focus on low performance management. Teams have targets for people to be placed on PIPs - lack of promotion opportunities. - Regular redundancies - Remote senior management now nothing about local teams or culture - Jobs being moved to low cost countries - constant changes to senior managers mean little continuity - salaries low compared to the competition (although this doesn't seem to affect the CEO) - teams are forced to use sub-standard IBM tools - lack of investment in Hursley site
