Pros
Work life balance is good. Culture is good - a lot of people are really easy to work with. IBM stock is rising so ESPP is a big benefit
Cons
Return to office rule kinda sucks if you're not really colocated with your team as there would be no one to collaborate with. No longer provides 401k match - but has pension instead (grows a lot less than if you're putting it in total stock market)
