      Lots of flexibility and room to organise yourself, many online learning opportunities, very keen on automisation and simplification, high diversity and no pressure to be anything but yourself.

      Cons

      Low salaries, not the best payers, very slow to increase salaries and bands. Less-engaged and less- productive employees.
