Pros

Really great, creative people who work well with others

Cons

Leadership is outsourcing most jobs overseas to Bangalore, Sao Paulo, and Bucharest to cut costs, but aren't necessarily training the folks in these new marketing hubs. So it's a bit of a bummer.
