A good platform to land on some large projects with big companies. You gonna experience and understand IT projects and business via a very strategic perspective.
Cons
The company is not well-organized at all. -Some of your boss might have few technical background and assign you some tasks totally mismatch your skills. -Bureaucrats prevail everywhere and processing like on-boarding, reimbursement and separation are very trivial yet time-consuming. -Company Systems are so obsolete that you have to waste lots of time for some ridiculous purpose rather than to focus on your real work. -Workplace culture is somehow cold and detached. No one is gonna tell you what's what and knowledge sharing is not a common practice. And all of these management problems are garnished as "a self-serviced culture".
