      Pros

      WFH at will if you manage your work well. Not that much micro-management unless you have a bad rapport with a manager. No strictness regarding login logout times as such, highly cooperative if you really do and lead and manage your work efficiently. Unlimited Sick Leaves.

      Cons

      The company is doing good, however, the pain is about the salary scale which is very low compared to the outside market. Post learning On the job training is a challenge or to get a chance. This low down the Confidence right guidance/chance. A salary hike or band progression is a disappointment.
