Cons
The Job Title is false, more of sales role than Data scientist. Unfair wages for Minorities and Women in my team if you take a weighted average in terms of experience and qualification. Less experience people get paid more for the same role which is very confusing. Lack of projects. Pseudo diversity most of the people are Europeans from middle class backgrounds.
