Wonderful people and a good environment to work with.
Pros
To be honest, wonderful leaders, they not only manage managerial tasks, they are technically very good too. There is no gap between seniors and juniors, all are equal and everyone can have their own opinions and thoughts about the work. You will get a variety of learning materials from IBM e learning, Udemy and you can have your own mentor to guide you and you can be mentor to other employees in the organization. Also, seniors try to have sessions to share their knowledge with other employees. If you're open for learning, then you will have support from everyone to gain knowledge. If you need help when you're stuck, there are always people who will help you with your tasks. At the end, it's always sharing and caring, they teat you as humans not as robots who always into work. You can balance your personal life and professional life easily because of flexibility with the timings and work from home too. I have never seen people gossiping about others on their back when they don't something, instead they will talk and help you. At the end, I would say wonderful experience and more kind and compassionate people.
