No free coffee..first organization I have worked for where nothing is free..not even hot water... Expensive cafeteria.... Can get quite bureaucratic so if you are not used to a work culture and know how to get things done, it can become frustrating. Growing within the organization may be a challenge unless you are spending 30% of your time with that mindset to network, find opportunities and grow. Many IBMers actually move elsewhere to come back at a higher level

Slow paced company and Pretty much less transparent . Very less interactions with senior management , low growth in income
