Here are few Pros 1) Friendly management 2) Great Culture 3) Work life Balance (Work from home) 4) Unlimited casual leaves 5) Team members will help you a lot to grow in your career. 6) You will grow technically strong when you are in good project. 7) Great atmosphere and Big Brand Name. 8) Big clients to work with 9) Unlimited free training and you can train in any domain;no one will stop you 10) Now IBM is in Cloud and Big data era, if you have good knowledge in any of this technology you will grow here like anything.
Cons
1) Everything depends upon the manager - Manager depend company. 2) Rotational shifts - Shift rotates for every week which will be a great problem to your health. 3) Very less salary and perks. 4) Lot of politics in management. 5) Sometimes you will get bored to do the same work again and again.
