Pros

During my first year I have been allowed to grow into the role I was hired on for, which has been invaluable to me and the growth I want to achieve in this field of IT. Hopefully I can continue to reach my ideal goals here, and continue to grow my knowledge base which IBM feels like their views on employee growth and development are on the same page as what I had hoped for in this new journey.

Cons

My particular specialty needs more resources I think to learn from the ground up. We have a lot resources for those in this field who are beyond mid level. We can still figure everything out eventually if you are not above mid level, but I feel it would be much easier/quicker to excel if there were more beginner/entry level resources to use.
