      Pros

      A very large IT company who provides hardware, software and services in almost all industries. So the opportunities to grow are there, if you can develop your network and strike out of your current area (should you want to).

      Cons

      Too much focus on quarterly profits. There's always a reason to hold back bonuses or pay rises.

      Good Experience, Stabiliity, Great Individuals

      Cons

      No sense of community or futrure Career Growth Opportunities, Training Budgets are Non Existent, Cannot even get upgrades for Laptop Software that is over 10 years old. Has become sweatshop mentality where the really only objective is to maximize billable hours. Global team are very difficult to work with, no sense of ownership, no sence of customer service or proactive planning.
