Pros

Working from home and free hotel rooms when available

Cons

They promote growth, care, empathy, integrity but will lie to you about why you can’t advance. If that job you’re going for says 2 years of experience , they will make up a reason and say oh well we’re looking for somebody with 3 years. Always moving the goal posts. Constantly will set people up internally with hopes of moving up, but then bring somebody from the outside and they quit. The schedules at entry level are HORRIBLE. They have had some jobs posting for two years with nobody to fill them, but won’t try a different approach to make the positions more appealing.
