Horrible Management

Pros

Only reasons are the housekeeping staff that are hardworking lovely people.

Cons

Where to start, Management has not a clue on running a 4 star Hotel or so they are rated, no one has a clue to what their tittle will be on the day to day work week, what you are hired for is never what you’ll be doing. Sales Department is a joke… time is spent on idle mode taping a keyboard while wishing to run the hotel by assuming all roles in the hotel and playing puppet master instead of doing their job SALES which there’s 0 to be seen. Customer Service is a foreign word to department heads being everything is blamed on the customer so there is never room for any improvement or leadership of any kind.

Caring company

Pros

Pay, manager that cares, shift flexibility, remote.

Cons

Work/life balance, the 12 nights free are hardly available at good locations, back to back call with 10 seconds in between, micromanagement.
