Pros

- Great health benefits and flexibility with its hours. - being remote - the mangers and staff (not higher up) really care about you.

Cons

- the pay doesn't compensate for the amount of calls and verbal abuse from guests. - the lack of opportunities to grow within the company. - the offshoring of jobs to the Philippines and El Salvador. The rest jobs taken over by AI.
