Cons
Full time status does not guarantee full time hours. Relatively low wages. Your 19% gratuity gets shared with upper management, 8% goes to about 50 server staff and the other 11% goes to management and sales, far fewer than 50 of them and they get the greater half. If you are changes departments or positions, you are expected to take on the wage of an external hire, your years of internal expertise is not considered. The grats on the bill is 19%, but budget for labour is 15%, so they get you for free! No work life balance, almost 24 hour work availability anywhere from 5am to 2 am. If you don't wish to have such a broad availability, you begin to lose shifts.
