Pros

Great benefits with Hyatt, and you get to meet some interesting people day in, and day out.

Cons

Be prepared to work, and do other server's jobs while servers focus on customers. The load seems to not equal out when you're paid server salary with very minimal tips (at most 5$/day).

Pros

hotel stays were the most amazing benefit for working for the company

Cons

Each hotel is only as good as its General Manager. As GMs would change you would see high turnover. Senior leaders in the corporate office were a hit or miss, some were great, and others were rumored to have gotten their job, because they had dirt on other leaders.

Very good hours. Always busy. Great boss and staff. Amazing environment to work in. You learn the everything about the hospitality industry. It is also very professional. l
