My time here was enlightening

Pros

The company believes in promoting from within more often than not, and you could potentially transfer to a different city if you were interested in that. There can be many possibilities for you. Some if not all of the large hotels provide a daily meal to their employees.

Cons

The downsides include the slow season that results in cut hours, and the employee food can sometimes be questionable - it is cafeteria food after all.

Pros

Strong benefits. The commute is pretty easy coming from anywhere in the city or around the city. Good people to work with.

Cons

Union aspect of the hotel is one that makes it very difficult to get productive work accomplished. Work/life balance is terrible due to extreme hours.
