Good salary and good opportunity of promotion. I will continue working in this company. Learned a lot so far. Recommend to every hard working people.

Cons

Need to work long hours and makes the family life sometimes difficult...people who do not give a lot of importance for their job and prefer a comfortable family life avoid this company and hospitality in general.
