Pros

They really value their employees at the HYATT. I have been with the company for over 10 years and it has been a great experience overall. After being employed with the company for 1 year they give you 12 comp. rooms a night any where there is a Hyatt hotel.

Cons

It's 24/7 I ended missing a lot of holidays and it's sometimes hard to get weekends off. If a big event is happening in town then it was also hard to request off during that time.

Pros

You get to work in a beautiful building with plush surroundings. The people who work there are friendly. Cafeteria is wonderful so you are fed everyday, There are jobs for every type of person or personalities. There is room for advancement. Benefits are good, and you can stay at other Hyatts for either a discount or free when on vacation. Fun to take care of people and customers.

Cons

Some decisions are made from above that hinders the service. They mean well but do not know the practicality of that decision.
