Pros

1. Hyatt Corporation genuinely cares for its employees and lives up to its values. 2. Corporate leaders who guide and lead their staff on the head office level.

Cons

1. The management in Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil tried invoicing employees for mistakes made on the job. Only a directive from the corporate office made them retract it. Even then, they still believe they are in the right. 2. Engages in open retaliation, harassment, and abuse against employees. Worse for those who resigned from their positions while they serve notice. 3. Severely toxic workplace propagated by management. HR is merely a tool to keep employees obedient and in line. 4. Zero work life balance, upper management expects you to be on call despite no on call pay. Even on holidays and medical. 5. High turnover, primarily due to management.
