Pros

Hyatt gives great benefits and really care about their employees. It speaks volumes that most employees have worked at the hotel for at least 5 years. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Long hours and a demanding schedule make it difficult to have a life outside of work.

It is very difficult to move up unless you are favored by management.

Pros

Space to present your ideas, Space to take initiatives, Major concentration on employee engagement, love the atmosphere around, Open door policy, Standard maintained, Fun at Work Concept, Employee facilities provided, HR Team focuses very well on employee issues and makes sure they are dealt within no time and is very helpful at every point, team work is excellent and is promoted, trainings provided are superb, DCP trainings done are fun and very helpful along with the harvard trainings online.

Cons

Honestly couldnt think of anything at the moment for the same.
