Pros

You build great relationships with others. And they offer a lot of opportunities if you like this type of industry.

Cons

Sometimes you do not get recognized for your hard work. Especially if you are there a long time you end up being forgotten. They don't care if you actually have a life outside of work. When they need you on holidays or big events, they expect you to be a team player.

Pros

The Hyatt is a wonderful company to work for because they really help each individual reach their goals. The management really takes the time to make a connection with each employee which makes coming to work easy and fun. It also helps that there are so many benefits for employees, including complimentary nights and friends and family rates.

Cons

One of the cons of working in a hotel is that you don't have regualr 9-5 work hours and holidays and weekends are pretty much non-existent (but that comes with working in hospitality).
