Pros
Great pay good benefits some paid holiday, no shortage of hours

Managment is backwards not a whole lot of communication(example one manager tells you one thing another says something then the email they send the whole call center says something else).. They rolled out mastery progression in janurary and since have only trained a handful of ppl but yet still require everyone to meet standards that are not trained for.(For example they expect you to avg 48 to 50 percent of all calls you take, not realistic when every call counts. Now if you are gp trained your calls get backed out, not fair. There are firing good associates,even if your literally 1 percerent off your goals! Whata joke.
