Pros

Benefits are ok, especially the 12 free rooms around the world per year. Good hourly rates. Great tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Work-life balance is a foreign concept for Hyatt. There is little or non-existent room for growth even if you seek out the opportunities and follow the right channels. The do not strive to help their workers improve themselves. Conflict-resolution mechanisms are not in place.
