Needs a lot of work

Pros

When available, the hotel benefits are nice. As well as PTO, sick days, etc.

Cons

No training program was ever demonstrated. You are on your own for learning the systems, and figuring out issues. Turn over was crazy! Sadly it all became too much to handle . When there was a problem, there was no support from management. When they say "everyone makes mistakes" they will use whatever you did against you.

Pros

The people are extremely nice and there are opportunities to work with people around the globe on a daily basis

Cons

There are a lot of people who have been with the organization for 10 years or longer making it difficult to implement any change in tactics or strategy. The lack of a cohesive strategy made it difficult to tackle areas of opportunity for the organization. Focus was constantly shifting to the "Next Big Thing" from a day to day and week to week basis, making it difficult to advance within the organization.
