International. big chain, various brands

Cons

many changes in divisional offices and shuffling of areas, so no control or focus on hotels. hotels are run by GM's with no control from corporate so company culture is lost and different from one property to another some nationalities have advantages due to expansion plans ( india for example)

Pros

It was great working on the beach of a beautiful resort and every day was different.

Cons

Managers were not very receptive of employee feedback and did not really give employees empowerment like they said.
