Pros

great health benefits, have job shadow program to try new departments, are very flexible with employees and root for you, management likes hearing from you

Cons

I work in customer service as a waitress. While It's very rewarding at times, it can suck when you have to dial back your own humanity to put rude/disrespectful customers before you because Hyatt values hospitality so much. This doesn't happen on a regular basis, but it is something to keep in mind.
