Pros

The environment is friendly. Wonderful coworkers and discounts on hotel rooms.

Cons

I was told I was going to be a front desk receptionist and then they had me prepare the breakfast buffet and mop all the floors.

the guest were fabulous and often felt badly for us for all the work we were tasked with

cut throat, management allows pettiness, leads delegate and are poor leaders they are too consumed with thinking someone wants their position,childish, petty,lazy

Pros

Great benefits- most people I talked to had stayed on because of the benefits, not so much the pay or the environment. Once you did your time in the position you were hired for (usually 6 mos. or 1 year), you could request to transfer to any Hyatt in the world as long as you fit the criteria.

Cons

It got old after a week.
