Pros

Great company for future growth. Plenty of opportunities. Most line employees talk to you than upper management. Great perks, benefits. Lots of friendly people

Cons

Not all management is friendly like they seem. Some give a vibe of superiority as if you do not know what you are doing, or exist or as if they think they are better than you. Not much support from upper management. GM nicer than all other department managers. If your in management they work you, I guess that's what corporate America does... Upper managements gives of advice after handling situations rather than preparing beforehand. Could off use more training...........

Pros

The managers take a lot of stress of you when you have to deal with guest problems. You get health benefits, comp nights, 401K plans, paid time off, and a lot of other things.

Cons

You have to deal with corporate standards, which may not help your location, and constant changing of managers.
