      Pros

      Learned a professional way to clean. Maintained a fast pace of cleaning. Worked alone in rooms , not a lot of supervision. It was a day shift. Worked in an environment where people was on vacation.

      Cons

      Fast pace working. It was a demand to maintain mirror images of all the rooms. Forgetting to set something in its place was a decipline action. Did not get paid for coming in early.

      Pros

      Union benefits, union support, super competitive pay. Most people really loved working there and made the work day pleasant. Great programs if you want to move up or explore careers in the company. Huge on volunteerism and community involvement.

      Cons

      Corporate wide ideas on what a bar should be and a bar should serve limits the uniqueness of location specific preferences. Little ability for creativity and innovation at the employee level in the bar and restaurant.
