Pros

World known for high guest and employee expectations. There is a lot of opportunities to move up and move around the country and even world if you choose. They take care of staff and specially hourly employees, which make the core of the industry. All tools necessary to complete all assigned tasks are there for you as well. A company with high moral and great expectations for their guests satisfaction, unlike any other brand.

Cons

Even tho there is many opportunity for advancement it takes a very long time to be considered to advance, the talent pool is very well off but even then one might spend from 4-6 years as an assistant in various roles before being considered for an executive position. The hours are long and very demanding, 10 hours is the norm but very rarely does anyone work just a 10 hour shift. Be prepared for 12-16 hour shifts to be considered just a good worker. It seems that the quality of work you do is overshadowed by the time you can put in work. Very hard to manage anything else in life while an assistant.
