Pros

In general, there's a reasonable amount of flexibility in work preference and the culture is passionate without being cult-ish. The people are fun and dedicated.

Cons

Though turnover seems extremely low (it's not uncommon to meet people who have worked here for 20+ years, let alone 10+ years, the past few years seem to have seem some structural shifting resulting in role eliminations and the like.
