Meet a lot of new people from all over the world.

Cons

Management!!! They will adjust your time & remove the overtime because they did not approve it but it is impossible to not have overtime on a daily basis. Severely Understaffed, overworked & underpaid! High turnover rate, within the 4 months I worked there at least 6 employees quit due to management & a bullying co-worker that they refuse to reprimand for her behavior just because she's from the middle east. They basically force you to quit even though they're short on staff. Do NOT apply here!!!

Great Benefits, i know they offer Health/ Dental / Vision (I believe) LTD & STD. Additionally, Life Insurance and 401k. Full Time Employees receive 12 FREE rooms per calendar year at any hyatt. Family and Friends discount @50% and very flexible work schedules! The onboarding process is quick and organized. Bilinguals offered additional $1.00.

Cons

Pay is low starting out. 12 weeks training You must provide many of your own equipment.. (investment was $250 for dual screens)
