Pros

Had the opportunity to lead a great restaurant team Was able to work with kitchen team on menu ideas and development Had the support of Culinary Management Had the opportunity to learn and grow with the company

Cons

Occasionally work long hours based on hotel occupancy and events on property, but that comes with the territory of working at a destination resort.

Pros

I work weekends so those are always busy. Beautiful facilities, decent discounts on services, free hotel nights and good benefits.

Cons

Spa commission is low, hasn’t been changed since the spa opened in 2008. The spa lacks direction and leadership and there is no marketing being done. I feel like this place could really shine with a little more attention to the day to day details.
