Pros

Best team...like a family. Through the most difficult times, (hurricanes, pandemics, etc) we always come out of it stronger than before.

Cons

Hours can be long sometimes...but our team always jumps in to support each other and make the best of it.

Pros

It is a job so there will be some payment And you can meet people from everywhere Right outside the Arch

Cons

-13.25 an hour (even with college degree) -work 40 hours a week but would realistically need one to two other jobs to afford rent/food/etc -can work 7 or more days in a row with no over time pay... Hyatt avoids overtime by starting the new work week on Sundays-so if you work Wednesday through Wednesday (8 days in a row) for example you would not get overtime... so you can work 70-80 hours in a row with no days off and no overtime for 13 dollars an hour -little commission available -emotionally taxing for amount of pay
