Pros

Guests were usually nice as long as they weren’t mad about the damaged hotel etc.

Cons

Corporate doesnt maintain the building and it is constantly leaking and there is visible mold in areas like storage closets. They threaten employees to not be paid if they stay outside their scheduled shift but also make them think if they don’t accomplish tasks they will be fired so they end up working for free. Takes advantage of immigrants working through an agency where the company saves money on taxes by hiring them and then treats them badly and fires them if they have anything at all to say just because they can. Takes full advantage of the fact immigrants don’t know the laws and are limited to where they can work. Gives minimal hours and cuts hours when they please with no care or warning to employees. Extremely petty with hours and pay. They find every way they can cut and save money.
