      Pros

      -has a small company feel even though you’re at an international company -you get great discounts on all of their wonderful luxury hotels (30 - 65% discount range) -they do a lot of employee appreciation events -they have employee resource groups

      Cons

      -it’s not as diverse as I expected -work/life balance depends on the team
