Employer 401k contribution. Health benefits began day 1. Onboarding period. Expectations and daily metrics clear. Work at home potential. Offices throughout US. Colleagues were the best.
Cons
Sitting at computer all day. No "office perks" to break up monotony of job. Difficult to maintain focus and drive when performing same task over and over for years. Corporate culture could invest in retaining employees and building on skill set.
