Humana put a lot of its effort into associates well-being. Even though it's an insurance company, the company is trying to make an impact on making members' health better.

Cons

Even though the company is trying to adopt an agile work process, its' communication style is still not different from a traditional insurance company - hierarchical and bureaucratic.
