Humana values your opinion and searches for ways to make your experience with the company better.

Cons

Depending on where you are in the country some areas don't value you as much as others. Humana also has a tendency of having a strict budget, many things (new buildings, office supplies, company gatherings) are not offered due to their cutbacks. But overall not many Cons Humana is great!
