      Pros

      I have been at Humana for over a year, and it is a great place to work. The training was just ok, but I learned a lot mostly from hands own. They also have much room for growth and the benefits are pretty decent.

      Cons

      A better training program for new hires.

      Humana is a great place to work in terms of the overall experience you can gain, the people you meet, and the potential for growth.

      Cons

      It is wise to choose the department that you work for very carefully. It is good to get your foot in the door, learn the departments and see which one you could do best in.

      Flexible working hours, can easily transfer to other departments. Diverse working environment with an emphasis on technology.

      Cons

      Very hard to tell business hierarchy structure. There are managers directing other managers with the same exact title.
