Humana is a great place to work. It is for those who have a great work ethic and a desire to earn money. There are many regulations that need to be followed but that protects not only the consumer but the company and employees as well.

Cons

I wish that there were more opportunities to have training during the down season

insurance is terrible high deductible health plan. You have to pay $3,500 oop before you have any coverage.
