There are a few work from home opportunities. But then they expect longer hours

Cons

No raises. Benefits cut. The most expensive health insurance in the industry with the poorest benefits and highest deductibles. They hire nonpar under educated people without proper business or area expertise and their IT is the worst. None of the computer systems work. So much down time for everyone. Then changes every week to processes no one can keep up. There has been a mass exodus. Does not advance from within
