Provide leads. Flexibility. If you like sales and driving around this is your job.

Cons

The products aren't that great. Some products are a disgrace like the Veteran's Dental. The network are not that great, specific to certain areas. Base Salary really too low. Benefits for an employee at an insurance company are not that good. If they could they would have you working around the clock. Just because it is a work at home position. Slow and very low gas reimbursement,

Cheap (but not great Benefits). 401k Matching is good. Great diversity.

Cons

Pays below market value in Louisville (especially for entry level). Can only get raises if you move around the company. No standard raises for year. They consider 3% a COLA.

I have never worked for a company that the is so backstabbing and belittling of people's personalities or capabilities. Unless you are a director or higher; it is a grist mill
