many fantastic internal opportunities for current employees; enjoy the work-life balance.

Cons

too much internal turnover. while there are great internal opportunities for current employees, it seems that a lot of knowledge and skills are quickly lost within the area. people move up and around quickly, but it makes it sometimes difficult when you're constantly having to educate people on processes.

The pay and bonus plan was good.

The work/life balance could be difficult at times, especially in the department I worked in. The health insurance, ironically, were not competitive to other companies.

External and internal partners help facilitate each sale and opportunity. Corporate office is strategically realigning objectives with satellite offices to infuse holistic wellness into every facet of the organization.

Cons

Low closing ratio, poor marketing materials, not all office members are "drinking the wellness Koolaid" Up hill battle with external partners due to previous sales interactions and perceptions.
