Cons

Management has their favorites, remote employees are treated like out cast at times. Very difficult to get a raise.

Onboarding program, work-life balance, friendly people

Cons

Health insurance premium is inexpensive but the deductible and out of pocket max are very high. Some Divisions allow their associates to work from home while other do not leading to inconsistencies.
