Innovation at Humana is next to impossible, due to backwards security policies Everything IT related moves very slowly The health benefits are not right for everyone, they are high-deductible plans which are not well understood by providers in the Boston area

It's a stable company; the corporate people are really happy :)

Cons

Our health insurance is hard for me to afford for my family; Holidays can be challenging to split with small teams; they pushed us out of the office to work at home then quit paying for our internet, etc.
